Our Mission
Edwin D Marks Animal Foundation offers an array of resources to educate people about Pet Trusts. We show pet lovers (and attorneys) how to develop the essential components of a Pet Trust to produce an effective plan that clearly states the guidelines for caring for their pets. This legal document, implemented in the pet owner’s absence, enables the pets to maintain their current lifestyle and prevents them from being placed in a shelter where they can be euthanized.
